Our sports day afternoon is on Friday 20th June from 1.15 – 3.15.
Families are welcome to attend to watch the children as they move around the different sporting events. Please come to the rear playground green gates to gain entry to the field at 1.15. The children will come out of their classes and go straight to their first event, they will move around in order until they have completed all 7 events. This year we won’t be having the long distance races at the end due to the large numbers of pupils participating. Instead these will be completed in classes later this term.

Important reminders for the day:
- Children come to school in PE kits please
- Coloured bibs will be provided by school based on house colour
- Sun hats and water bottles are needed
- Sun cream already applied please
- Our PTA volunteers will be selling drinks and ice-creams at the end of the day
Parents are welcome to take photographs to capture memories of the day, but these must be for personal use and only of your children. We have several parents who do not give permission for their children to be photographed or to appear online or social media. Please be respectful of all wishes. Thank you.
Our sports day has a friendly competitive nature with children trying to gain points for their house team. We encourage our children to cheer and clap for all children, showing support and encouragement for all. We ask that paretns are also respectful of this, encouraging all children. Our staff will lead the activities and paretns are asked to watch at a respectful distance.
