We do not have a nursery at Hodnet Primary School, our Reception children move up to us from a variety of settings. However, Hodnet Pre-School, a privately run Community Led Pre-School setting is located on our school site. We work very closely and collaboratively together, although we are entirely separate entities. At transition time, the pre-school children come into Reception class for story time and for their lunch on a weekly basis. Mrs Noden our Reception class teacher and EYFS Lead is currently the Chairperson of Hodnet Pre-School.
