A night at the musicals-The Festival Drayton Centre

We’re excited to share that many of your talented students will be performing in our upcoming production, Another Night At The Musicals, on Saturday 18th April at The Festival Drayton Centre.

We would love for you, your staff, and your school community to come along and support them in what promises to be an unforgettable show.

Show times: 1:00pm & 5:00pm

Venue: The Festival Drayton Centre

From Wicked to Steps, Oliver! to K-pop, this high-energy performance brings together iconic hits, powerful vocals, and dynamic choreography. Expect show-stopping numbers, massive medleys, and feel-good tunes that will have audiences singing and dancing all the way home.

It’s a joyful, uplifting celebration of musical theatre—packed with talent, energy, and pure entertainment. A night out not to be missed!

Hockey Match at Maurice Chandler

Well done to Year 2 and Year 5 who took part in the Hockey Tournament at Maurice Chandler this week.

The competition was good fun and we worked well as a team. It was a really good experience for everyone. Before our matches we practised with another school who were really friendly.

Relational Behaviour Policy

We are in the process of updating our Behaviour Policy by implementing nurture principles and leading with a relational approach. This policy is currently under consultation and is due to be adopted Trust wide on 1st June 2026. However, it is already largely in place for Primary schools and therefore will only be minor tweaks for our school. Our staff have all been recently trained in a relational approach, both through a PACE approach and through Emotion Coaching. I have also recently become an Emotion Coaching trainer.

Please see the information below outlining the main points of a relational policy and a link to the publication and school based procedures.

If you would like to speak about this new policy during the consultation period, or share any feedback, please see myself or Mrs Williams. Thank you.

Mrs Lyall.

As we come to the end of the Spring term, we reflect on the many successful learning opportunities, events and celebrations over the past few weeks. Thank you to our wonderful staff for the opportunities they provide for our children and thank you to our children for working hard, trying their best and showcasing our values. Thank you to the parents and our wider community for supporting school. We look forward to continued successful partnerships.
