PE days are scheduled for every Wednesday and Friday this first half term, but please ensure kits are in school all week as these may change. Trainers are required all week to enable children to participate in the daily run.

Music lessons will happen every Friday, please ensure the Dood instruments are in school on Fridays.

Homework

Whilst we are aware that the children are very busy and need time to relax, socialise and play, homework will help them to develop independence and time management. Class five homework is as follows.
Daily reading 10 minutes.
Daily spellings and times tables 10 minutes.
Spellings are sent home on Monday each week to be learnt at home throughout the week, spelling test is on Friday. Please ensure spelling folders come back into school on Fridays.
Weekly Maths and English tasks – 45 minutes. Sent home on Friday due back on Wednesday.

Please use TTRockstars to help to develop accuracy and speed of times tables.
