Flint Knapping with Mrs Watts 20th November 2024

On 20th November 2024 we were lucky enough to welcome Mrs Suzy Watts into Class 3 to show and tell us all about flint knapping, a stone age skill. Flint knapping is the skill of making stone tools by hitting a stone core with a hammer to create flakes. The flakes are then shaped into tools like arrowheads, knives, and spearpoints.
