We have started our new Design and technology project by exploring fabrics. Miss Manton lead a game of “pass the fabric” (a bit like pass the parcel with different fabric samples) when the music stopped we had to explore the fabric we had in our hands with our friends sat around us and thought of words to describe that fabric. Later we explored toys made from fabrics and discussed the different fabrics used to make them.
