On Monday afternoon we had the opportunity to meet:
- A blood scientist (she told us how she tested blood in a lab)
- A zoo keeper (he told us lots of exciting facts about being a zoo keeper)
- A nurse (she told us about her job and helped us understand why it is important to clean our hands carefully and taught us how to wash our hands like a nurse!)
- An archaeologist (he showed some of the things he has found and some of the tools he would use)
- An RAF representative (who told us about the different jobs we could do in the RAF)
- A Firefighter (who told us lots about their job including how many cats they have rescued from trees!)
It was a really informative and inspirational afternoon.
